Asparagus time at the Haxenhaus

With the onset of spring, the start of the asparagus season is usually not long in coming. The Haxenhaus has already opened the asparagus season and now offers a wonderful selection of fresh asparagus dishes, hurry… only while stocks last!

1/2 pound of asparagus with regional potatoes and sauce hollandaise optional with ham.

1/2 pound of asparagus with grilled steak of pork-knuckle and wild garlich butter.

Steak of turkey served with 1/2 pound asparagus and sauce hollandaise.
