The nationwide opening with Lord Mayor Henriette Reker will take place on Sunday, 9 September at 11 am at the Alter Markt. NRW Minister Armin Laschet and the Bläck Fööss are also expected.

We would also like to make our contribution to the preservation of our cultural heritage and for this reason we are opening our doors again this year for guided tours of the house’s history. We will provide an exclusive insight into over 800 years of Haxenhaus history at the heart of Cologne’s Old Town. Admission to the Haxenhaus on the day of the open monument is free of charge. Advance reservation is not required.
Guided tours on Sunday 09.09: Sunday 09.09. 12:30 and 15:00, Dr. Barbara Rinn-Kupka, duration 45 minutes each
